More pros than cons, but still…
The suite-style room was fantastic for our family of four, and having breakfast included made mornings simpler. Clean, quiet, and spacious accommodations ensured a comfortable stay.
We did face a minor inconvenience when the pool was out of order during our visit. this was unexpected for our family fun plans!

spacious rooms near parks and landmarks make exploring easy
I enjoyed my stay as the rooms were spacious, clean, and I felt truly appreciated by the staff, making my weekend city strolls easy since Tighe Park is almost 2 km away and there are plenty of cafes and shops to pop into for a quick break before heading out to explore more of Reno.

Cleanliness was top-notch, and the free breakfast including Colombian coffee added great value. The spacious suite was well-equipped with a full kitchen and huge fridge, truly perfect for families traveling with kids or pets. My only concern was the lack of a fitness center on-site, especially for those who prefer to stay active while traveling.

Just a nice choice for a weekend rest in Reno with excellent value for money. The room was very clean and new. Be prepared for thin walls, as I could hear my neighbors quite clearly.

The hotel was perfect for our family trip with four babies! The rooms were spacious, allowing us to keep the little ones comfortable. We especially appreciated the modern design, which felt refreshing, and the staff was very welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.
My kids wished for more variety at breakfast. it felt a bit limited.

Spacious and Convenient Stay
I recently stayed for 1 night and absolutely loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette, perfect for longer stays. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with my dogs. However, the laundry pricing seemed a bit steep compared to other places I've been.

The room was super spacious and had a nice kitchenette with a huge fridge and dishwasher. The bed was comfy, and the sitting area was great with a pull-out table and desk. Totally loved the cleanliness—it actually made me feel okay not to use my own sheets. Just wish there was more privacy in the bathroom area since the door doesn’t fully block visibility. Overall, solid place for families or groups.

missingWrote a review on Feb 07spacious roomsfull kitchenettenear shoppingexpensive laundry
Spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchenettes and large bathrooms create a comfortable stay. The hotel's proximity to a shopping mall and numerous dining options allows for easy meal choices and entertainment.
Some aspects of this place could use improvement. The laundry facilities come with steep prices, $3 to wash and $2 to dry, and the breakfast offerings may not cater well to gluten or dairy-free diets. If early departures are in the cards, an early morning bagged breakfast option could add convenience for busy travelers. Having to track down towels and other necessities can be an inconvenience, especially when hoping for more seamless service. Though the air conditioning is solid, noise level from the unit could be bothersome to light sleepers.
